In accordance with Chapter 48d, Article 4 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Law (§ 48d Abs 4 Börsegesetz), senior management of Pankl Racing Systems AG have to notify the financial markets regulatory body (Finanzmarktaufsicht) of any own account transactions in Pankl Racing Systems AG shares, derivatives on it or similar securities within 5 working days and to openly disclose the transaction immediately. This obligation refers also to closely related parties of senior management members.
