According to Chapter 75a of the Austrian Stock Exchange Law (§ 75a Börsegesetz) issuers are required to publish an „Annual Document“. This document shall contain all information that has been published or disclosed because of legal requirements based on the Companies’ Act, stock exchange laws and similar rules during the preceding 12 months. This document shall be deposited with the financial markets regulatory body (Finanzmarktaufsicht).
